Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has finally found a buyer for his swank condo in NYC's Time Warner Center after being listed two and a half years ago. Brady paid $14M for the three-bedroom spread in 2006; the sale price has not yet been released but Curbed NY has the floorplan. [WSJ; Curbed NY]
